Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
4.5 cups flour
3 Tbsp baking powder
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp malted milk powder
4 large eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
3 3/4 cups buttermilk
9 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Whisk together all the dry ingredients.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
Combine dry and wet ingredients until there are no visible lumps. Let batter rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat and grease the griddle.
Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto hot griddle and cook through.
