Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4.5 cups flour

  • 3 Tbsp baking powder

  • 3 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 Tbsp malted milk powder

  • 4 large eggs

  • 3 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 3/4 cups buttermilk

  • 9 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  • Whisk together all the dry ingredients.

  • Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

  • Combine dry and wet ingredients until there are no visible lumps. Let batter rest for 15 minutes.

  • Preheat and grease the griddle.

  • Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto hot griddle and cook through.
