Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/3 cup yogurt

  • 2 large eggs

  • sugar (if desired)

  • milk (until desired consistency)

  • chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat and grease the griddle.

  • Whisk together all the dry ingredients.

  • Add wet ingredients and combine until there are no visible lumps. You can add sugar, if desired, and milk to achieve desired consistency.

  • Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto hot griddle and add chocolate chips to pancakes. Cook through.
