Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
pinch of salt
1/3 cup yogurt
2 large eggs
sugar (if desired)
milk (until desired consistency)
chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat and grease the griddle.
Whisk together all the dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients and combine until there are no visible lumps. You can add sugar, if desired, and milk to achieve desired consistency.
Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto hot griddle and add chocolate chips to pancakes. Cook through.
