Pancakes
Fluffy and tasty!
Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS
4 cups of flour (or half white and half wheat)
1 1/3 Tbsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
chocolate chips (handful or to taste)
WET INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
3 cups of whole milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/3 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat skillet or griddle to 350 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine all wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Fold in the wet mixture to dry ingredients and blend gently until most of the large lumps are gone.
Dab large amounts of butter on hot skillet.
Scoop 1/3 cup onto hot griddle and cook through, flipping halfway.
