Pancakes

Fluffy and tasty!

Ingredients

  • DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups of flour (or half white and half wheat)

  • 1 1/3 Tbsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp salt

  • chocolate chips (handful or to taste)

  • WET INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 cups of whole milk

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 1/3 Tbsp pure vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat skillet or griddle to 350 degrees.

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Combine all wet ingredients in a medium bowl.

  • Fold in the wet mixture to dry ingredients and blend gently until most of the large lumps are gone.

  • Dab large amounts of butter on hot skillet.

  • Scoop 1/3 cup onto hot griddle and cook through, flipping halfway.
