Pie Crust

This was my Grandmother’s recipe. Plus, I added my own touch to it as well. Very quick and easy to make your own crust.

Makes 4 single crusts or 2 double crusts.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 Tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 3/4 cup shortening

  • 1 egg

  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients together

  • Cut in shortening

  • Add in egg and liquids and form into a ball
